It is a distinct pleasure to highly recommend the training services provided by Bill and his company, Victory Defense Consulting. Over the past two years, Troop I of the Colorado Mounted Rangers (CMR) engaged Victory Defense to provide OC, PPCT, ASP, and basic self defense training classes to Rangers. As an adjunct agency under auspices of the United States Citizen's Corps, CMR Troop I supports State of Colorado, El Paso County Colorado and law enforcement agencies of local municipalities. The training Bill provided is critical to the safety of not only our Rangers, but also the sworn law enforcement officers we backup.

I am continually impressed by Bill's unassuming demeanor and his natural ability to instruct. He provides detailed course objectives and ensures all candidates possess the requisite ability to complete all phases of training. The depth and breadth of his experience over the past 16 years in federal corrections and law enforcement, as well as his command of the marshal arts are masterfully synergized into training presentation which is clear, concise and evocative.

Overall, I feel Victory Defense provides the utmost in professional, high-quality law enforcement and/or security training services. I strongly endorse Bill Vinelli and Victory Defense, as well as their impressive training curriculum.
